Companies with more than 50 employees must calculate their Gender Equality Index every year.mmes.<\/p>\n
The Index is calculated from 4 indicators and here are the results for our company:<\/p>\n
– The gender pay gap: incalculable<\/p>\n
– The gender pay gap: note 15\/35<\/p>\n
– Percentage of employees receiving a raise on return from maternity leave: note 15\/15<\/p>\n
– Parity among the 10 highest earners: score 5\/10<\/p>\n
Our society has a majority female population (80%) which is why our overall index is incalculable.<\/p>\n
