Companies with more than 50 employees must calculate their Gender Equality Index every year.mmes.
The Index is calculated from 4 indicators and here are the results for our company:
– The gender pay gap: incalculable
– The gender pay gap: note 15/35
– Percentage of employees receiving a raise on return from maternity leave: note 15/15
– Parity among the 10 highest earners: score 5/10
Our society has a majority female population (80%) which is why our overall index is incalculable.
